If there is a problem with your turbo:

The turbo must be sent to our Garrett Performance Distributor
Customer is initially responsible for all shipping charges
If turbo is deemed to have a factory defect, return shipping will be at no charge

*If your turbo needs to be sent in for inspection, we cannot send you another turbo for your vehicle to use while waiting for your's to be serviced. You should expect at least 5-10 working days for warranty inspection/repair. These terms are non-negotiable, and will be strictly upheld.
